The Students of Trust in Unity
Trust in Unity is very proud of the students we support. Different ages, different educations, unique young people. Below we introduce our students to you.

My name is Adu Gyamfi, Emmanual. I live in Aburaso Nzema, Kumasi in Ghana. I am born on the 27th of november 1995.
I attend Opoku Ware SHS, and I am in the first year. My favorite subject is elective mathematics.
I like it because I find it easy to learn.
My hobby is listening to gospel music. My favorite gospel song is “My redeemer lives”.
Trust in Unity has changed my life by encouraging me in my studies.
My ideal world is a world where everything goes on well, there are no challenges.
Someone who inspires me is my grandfather, Osei Kwarteng , Isaac. He does everything with an aim.
He knows what he wants.
My dream for my own future is to become a banker. I will know how to do many things, use my time wisely, and how to also spend money profitably.
Trust in Unity will become one of the greatest NGO’s in Ghana.

My name is Kesia Adomako, I live in Nzema, Kumasi in Ghana. I am born on the 2nd of November 1995.
I am attending Kumasi Anglican Senior High School. I am in form one.
My favourite class is general science because it is interesting.
My hobbies are reading novels and singing. I like Shakespeare writings. I also like to sing gospel songs, like “Sold out”.
Trust in Unity has changed my life by helping me further my education to the high school.
My ideal world is a world where people help the poor.
The most inspiring person to me is the Chief Justice, Georgina Wood because she has been able to make it to the top!
My dream for my own future is to become a doctor and care for the sick. I want to become the best!
The dream I have for Trust in Unity is to also help other children who are in Trust in Unity to further their education.

Comfort Adu-Darko is my name. I am born on the 5th of March 1990 in Mpasatia in the Ashanti Region, Ghana. I am an Ashante and I speak Twi, English and a little French. I stay with my grandmother in Nsema, Kumasi, Ghana because my mother is passed away and my father is living in a village outside Kumasi. I attend Kumasi Secondary Technical School (KSTS). I am in the 3rd year. My hobbies are playing football, listening to music. I like foreign gospels, especially Don Moen. And I like to read books, like history books.
My favourite class is maths, because I will need it to become a banker. I also like it because we have a good teacher and he makes it understandable.
Trust in Unity has changed my life in so many ways; they make it possible for me to go to school. And also help me to socialize with anyone. I meet new and different people, and become friends with them.
My inspiring vision of an ideal world is that poor people will be helped. I would help them to help themselves; I would help their children to get educated. Trust in Unity is contributing to my ideal world.
The person who inspires me is our former president, John Agyekum Kufour. He is a good leader, kind and caring. He helps many people in need.
My dream for myself is to become a banker. If I might not make that I would want to become ateacher ,because I also like to help younger students.
My dream for Trust in Unity is, as I was helped I will also help TiU to help others. When they need me I will always be there to help.

My name is Sandra Arthur and I am born on the 4th of July 1996. I live in Old Tafo, Kumasi, Ghana.
I am attending Mc Neilus school in Old Tafo, JHS 1A.
My favourite class is English because the teacher is teaching well and makes me understand it.
My hobbies are singing, I love to sing “This little light of mine”, it is a seventh day Adventist song.
TiU changed my life, because they let me continue my education.
My ideal picture of a perfect world is: I will stop war in the world and become a peace mother land.
My hero is Jacky Appiah, because of her acting, she is a good actor.
My dream is to become a lawyer to help my family with the money I earn.
My dream for TiU is to stay fun for us, they love children, they play with us. I wish it will stay like that.

My name is Fatima Musah. I am born on the 3rd of may 1998. I live in Agric, Kumasi in Ghana.
I attend Holy Cross Catholic International School. I am in class 6, Primary. My favourite subject is science because in the future I want to become a doctor.
My hobbies are reading storybooks, like “Lizzy and the bird”.
Trust in Unity has changed my future, I was attending the Agric Public school and TiU changed my school. My new school is better. Now I can learn better so I can become a doctor.
My ideal world would look like heaven; it would be a special place where there is no pain and there is love. I want to share the love that I have with others. My friend Ama is already sharing her love with me.
The person who inspires me is Mr. Frank Asante. He is my class teacher. He helps me to learn well.
My dream for my future looks so special; I will cure many people when I became a doctor.
I will make a lot of money; I will help people like Trust in Unity is doing.

My name is Eric Asamoah. I am born on the 21st of September 1998. I live in Agric, Kumasi in Ghana.
I am attending P&G international school. I am in class 5, primary. My favourite subject is English because the more you speak English the more you can read. This is helpful for my future.
My hobbies are playing cartoons and reading. I like to read books which help me to speak good English.
If Trust in Unity does not exist I would have to stay in the house.
The dream I have for an ideal world is that my environment would be clean.
My grandfather is my hero because every day he will let me go to school. If I stay home he will beat me.
My dream for my own future is; I want to become a policeman and work with the motor and traffic unit. I believe that people who drink before they drive make accidents. I want to stop them.
My dream for Trust in Unity is that it becomes big in Ghana. So big!

My name is Vivian Yeboah Nortey. I am born on the 22nd of June 2001. I live in Atonsu Agogo, Kumasi in Ghana.
I am attending New World International School. I am in Class 5, Primary.
My favourite subject is mathematics because of the calculations.
My hobby is skipping because it is an exercise. I like doing my homework.
Trust in Unity has changed my life because my mother didn’t have the money to pay for my school fees. Now I can go to school.
My vision of a perfect world is a peaceful world, and I will help the needy.
My inspiring person is Jacky Appiah, she is an actress. She is inspiring because she is good in acting and beautiful too.
My dream for my own future is to become a lawyer so that I can help people in need of justice. I would want to help anyone who needs a lawyer.
My dream for TiU is to get more money to help others.

My name is Comfort Quaidoo. I am born on the 6th of July 1996. I live in Agric, Kumasi in Ghana.
I am attending P&G JHS. I am in form 2. My favourite class is social class and home economics. I understand social class very well, because the teacher teaches it well. Home economics is a very practical class; we sing and read in this class. Reading let me understand more words in English which is convenient for the future.
My hobby is cooking; I like to cook rice and stew.
Trust in Unity changed my life by taking me to another school, the new school is better and I get the time to learn. Due to this I learn more.
My ideal world would be a world of happiness, where my family would also be happy. Nothing would worry me.
The person who inspires me the most is Jacky Appiah. She is an actress, when she is acting she looks beautiful. I would like to look like her because she is respectful and beautiful.
The dream for my own future is to become a lawyer. My dream is also to see my parents happy, and have a rich family. I will become a very good lawyer and also make a lot of money. I will safe some of the money and use some on orphans.
My dream for TiU is that TiU can help me and my friends to complete our education.

My name is Edith Akosua Amoah. I am vorn on the 22nd of June 2004. I live in Agric Quaters, Kuamsi in Ghana.
I attend Holy Cross Catholic International School. I am in Class 3, Primary. My favourite subject is English because it is easy and interesting.
My hobbies are playing with toys, like teddy bears.
Because of Trust in Unity I am able to go to school.
My ideal world would be a world without war. I will bring education to many poor children.
I want to become a teacher so I can help the children to grow up to be nurses and teachers, like me.

My name is Jennifer Amoh Otoo. I am born on the 16th of March 1993. I live in Akyeremade, Kumasi in Ghana.
I am attending the Prince of Peace SHS. I am in form 2. My favourite subject is literature because I feel comfortable learning it. I understand it very well.
My hobby is singing. I like to sing gospel songs. My favourite song is “You are my all in all”. I also like playing with my friends.
Trust in Unity has changed my life because I can now have education. My hope of getting education was shuttered because of financial problems. Thank God, now I go to school because of Trust in Unity.
My ideal world would be comfortable, and be like a paradise. Everybody would be in an employment, and be happy.
My inspiring people are the nurses in the hospitals. When I see them I get inspired to become the same.
My dream for my own future is to become a medical nurse because I feel sympathetic for the patients. When some of the doctors are not showing much concern I would like to give them the concern they need and deserve.
My dream for Trust in Unity is to become a very big foundation and help more needy ones.

My name is Henrietta Manu. I am born on the 7th of April 1990. I live in Kumasi.
I attend Prince of Peace SHS. I am in form 4, this is my final year. My favourite subject is typing, because it is interesting to type. I love it!
My hobbies are watching movies and reading story books. The movies I like are Nigerian movies.
Trust in Unity has changed my life. I wasn’t able to pay my school fees, so I wasn’t always in class. Now they pay my school fees and buy books for me, and I can always go to class.
My ideal world would look very good; everybody would be comfortable in it. People would be free to do what they like and be respectful to each other.
Trust in Unity is my biggest hero because they make me happy all the time.
The dream I have for my own future is to become a secretary or a news caster. I would be a newscaster on GTV or TV3, the two biggest TV stations in Ghana!
A big thank you to Trust in Unity, I pray for the foundation to be big, so they can always be there for the poor children so they can achieve what they want in the future. So they can be like me.

My name is Phyllis Armah. I am born on .. I live in Atonsu, Kumasi in Ghana.
I am attending the Prince of Peace SHS. I am in form 3. My favourite class is social studies because it broadens my mind a lot. We discuss many things that confuse our minds during the class with my teacher. It covers all social aspects.
My hobby is reading story books. My favourite novels are the “Narrow escape” and “End of the Tunnel”.
Trust in Unity has changed my life a lot because financially it was very difficult for me to have an education. But now everything is going on very well in my life. They have taken away my financial burden.
My vision of an ideal world is to take away poverty if I could.
My inspiring person is Sister Veronica. She is my school`s assistant headmistress. Sister Veronica always finds the time to advice me.
I want to become a lawyer in the future because I want to defend people who are being abused in the world. I am going to be a big lawyer and even from there become the Chief Justice of Ghana! With the money I earn I will also help the needy and poor people.
The dream I have for Trust in Unity is see it become as great as world vision international. I will never leave this family. Where ever I will be I will always be with TiU.
